Important Information
- All guest need to carry their original passport and original Emirates ID physically along with them at the time of embarkation.
- If any guest is on tourist/visit visa in that case they need to carry their original passport and the visa copy.
- Passport has to be valid for minimum 03 months till the end of the cruise.
- Visas are sole responsibility of the passengers. Aqua Properties and MSC cruises will not be responsible for any boarding denials due to inadequate visas/documents held by passengers.
- Check-in counters at cruise terminal in Abu Dhabi Port will be open from morning 11:00 hours onwards until 16:00 hours. We recommend check-in by afternoon and enjoy the lunch onboard.
- You can meet us at Port Rashid, Dubai (parking spaces available) to avail the ride to Abu Dhabi Port. Please ensure you have arrived there by Thursday, Feb 11:30 29 am.
- On 03rd March disembarkation date guest need to evacuate the cabins by 7:00 hours in the morning. However, you are welcome to check-out early on 2nd March, after we land at the Dubai Port.
- Onboard Currency is Euro. If any guest need to use onboard service for their personal nature such as internet package, laundry, spa, saloon, onboard shopping, etc. have to settle the payment in Euro currency either by cash or card.
- We recommend to carry travel adaptor for electronic device charging purpose such as mobile, laptop, etc. As onboard electric power sockets are with round pin (European style)
- Pregnant women must, at the time of booking, produce a medical certificate from a doctor confirming the week of pregnancy and their fitness to travel on board a cruise ship for the period of the cruise and for the actual itinerary.
